Waverly Lies North was born in 2013, through the Mehay Brothers, Julien and Ed.

They soon included Jerome Pecquery , playing bass guitars, and Bruno Poidevin, on lead guitars. Then , Eric Pariche (Superscream) joined as the main singer, and in 2015 Bruno Poidevin was replaced by Antoine Petit-Gars, up until late 2016 .

So, the journey began with the release of " a soul in the void" in 2014, followed by a record deal with Brennus Music. The album was reviewed in many French as well as international webzines.

Waverly Lies North took part in several festivals, and the Headbang Contest in 2015, in which they ended at the third place.

Now, the band gets back in the studio, lead by their new singer, Ani Arzumanyan, to produce their new effort, "Revelation of the sunstone", a 9 track concept album.

Mixing metal and movie scores in their universe, Waverly Lies North weaves a world out of melodic and catchy songs. Those new songs encapsulate their natural questioning of the preternatural and the inherent limits of man.

You like heart-melting lyrics and happy tunes?

In that case, the new blindfall EP ‘A New Day’ wouldn´t be your first choice.

Sometimes somber and melancholic, sometimes tough but always full of energy – that’s the sound of the rock-crossover metal band blindfall from Freiburg/Teningen.

‘A New Day’, there couldn’t be a more fitting title for their new EP.
In 2013, when the founding members of Blindfall had to move from Granada (Spain) to Germany and France, Julien and Vincent, the former guitarist and drummer left the band. Thus, blindfall reached a turning point. However, Inga Roser (vocals) and José Maria Gutierrez (bass) did not give up on their aim and with Florian Günkel (guitar) and Marcel Hellstab (drums) they’ve found two new members completing the band.

New country, new members, new base camp, new line-up, still, you will recognize Blindfall by the powerful female voice and the laconic bass. Nevertheless, their music evolved and beside rock and punk elements, you will find catchy and sophisticated vocals.
Literally, with their new EP ‘A New Day’ begins for blindfall.

Charlotte S - Vocals

Dario Orlando - Lead Guitar

Matteo "TEO" Lassandro - Rhythm Guitar

Silvia "SIXBASS" Casetta - Bass

Fabio Brunetti - Drums

Five Ways To Nowhere is a powerful blend of loud guitars, aggressive and groovy riffs, a scratchy voice with catchy melodies all driven by a neurotic rhythm section.

The first spark that brought the band to life was when Dario Orlando and Charlotte S first met. Their musical journey began with other musicians, other sounds, other names, creating an alchemy that later became the core of Five Ways To Nowhere.
Soon other members joined in to complete the line-up: Matteo "TEO" Lassandro with his face-melting rhythm guitars, bassist Silvia "SIXBASS" Casetta with her refined yet brazen style and the versatile drummer Fabio Brunetti.

That’s how this new rock band was born.
Their music is a mix of Hard Rock and Alternative that creates an explosive and melodic sound in the wake of bands like Halestorm, Shinedown, Papa Roach and others.

That’s Five Ways To Nowhere. 100% Rock.

Talia Hoit - Vocals\Composition
Richard Marcus - Guitars\Backing Vocals
Greg Witwer - Guitars\Backing Vocals
Michael Bulach - Drums

Two founding members of the band Beyond Forgiveness have
played together in bands for a
better part of 11 years, their firstband Hells Eden formed in 2004 and released a 5 song ep, after member changes and playing out live with local and national acts Hells Eden officially disbanded in 2008 the 2 members Greg Witwer and Richard Marcus kept in contact with each other.

Their musical aspirations were very similar in the fact that Greg was heavily influenced in the power metal genre and Richard was heavily influenced in the gothic metal genre but both had one big thing they agreed on, they both aspired to play in a female fronted style band, Richard was playing with a band at the time called Anifornum and after the disbanding of Hells Eden called Greg and told him that the current project had the pieces in place to see their vision full circle, Greg originally joined Anifornum as the bass player and after the 2nd guitarist left moved with ease into the second guitarist slot, the band officially changed their name to Beyond Forgiveness and symphonic gothic bliss was born, we started recording our debut album but never put all the parts in place to release it, their fellow founding member and lead vocalist Lynn Brown left the band in 2013 and again it appeared that Beyond Forgiveness would no longer be. Turn forward the year 2014 both members had decided that what they envisioned and what they had put together with Lynn and their drummer Mike Bulach was just to good to let die so both guitarists started jamming together again.

They were contacted through their then keyboardist of a female vocalist who sent them a rough recording of a Within Temptation song titled "angels" and 2 minute clip of the classical song "o mio babbino caro". Both knew that minute this was the person they had to have as their frontwoman. To their pleasant surprise it was the engineer Talia Hoit who had helped them several years earlier in the recording of their first full length cd with Lynn and Mike, truth be told they had asked her several times about playing keyboards in the project but timing was wrong.

The pieces were again falling in the right place, their final goal was to bring back the original drummer of the project Mike Bulach after several months of text messages and a little begging their vision was once again full circle.

Now with their vision of symphonic mastery and the fantastic orchestrations by Talia, with the departure of their keyboardist, they are now recording their first true full length album tentatively titled The Ferrymans Shore.

Suddenlash is a Soundtrack Symphonic Metal Band from Barcelona. Our style is based on a lyric, very personal, lead female voice together with dense orchestrations and heavy obstinate rhythms. Our songs speak of epic stories and about self-awareness as well. Emotion is for sure our main goal.

In 2010 Suddenlash started its way, when the singer Lidia Guglieri met the conductor, composer and keyboard player David Magrané. Since then hard, continuous work has brought us to release a full album in 2013 (Soul’s Revenge), to roll our first video clip in the fall of 2014 and eventually, to rehearse the live show with the full band which we are performing throughout 2015. We expect to record a second album in summer 2016. All of its songs are almost ready and one of them, “Queen of the Night”, will be released during next Christmas as a single.

Our band members are experienced players. They joined Suddenlash acknowledging the opportunity to play new music with high artistic standards. Our show is meant to be as much spectacular as possible, including theatrical features. Our music contains both film music and romantic opera qualities thus we wish to make those qualities quite evident during live performances.

                        INFERNAL OUTCRY

Genre: Progressive  Death  Metal

City:  Hobart, Tasmania

Country: Australia

Year of creation: 2011

Lyrical themes:  Death

Current label :   Unsigned / Independent

LINKS :    Facebook    Website

Liana Eriksen- Vocals

Dave Lawson - Guitars

Daniel Hill - Guitars

Paul Sharp - Bass

Luke Wright - Drums

Infernal Outcry is a technical and progressive extreme metal band based in Hobart, Tasmania. Punishing drums, maliciously methodical guitars, and deathly screams lure the listener into a diverse musical landscape of weighty, multi-textured, and brooding compositions. Drawing on such influences as Death, Dream Theater, Cynic, and Meshuggah, Infernal Outcry’s unique twist of contemporary progressive death metal is a fusion of complex rhythms and sinister melodies teeming with intensity.

Infernal Outcry’s debut, Mass Extinction Requiem I, produced by Joe Haley (Psycroptic), is due for release in March 2016, thanks to a grant from Tasmanian Regional Arts Fund. The band was also awarded a grant from Arts Tasmania to produce a music video with James Harmsworth of Harmless Pictures, who won best film clip at the Australian Metal Awards in 2009 as director of Psycroptic’s “Initiate” music video.

Since early 2012, Infernal Outcry has played many live shows in Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales. These performances have been very well received as a result of the band’s exciting and engaging live show. The biggest highlights to date include playing at Faux Mo (part of the MONA FOMA festival) in January 2014, at Falls Music & Arts Festival in December 2012, and supporting Thy Art Is Murder on the “Hate Across Tasmania” tour in March 2013. Infernal Outcry has also shared the stage with numerous other well known metal bands including Psycroptic, Mephistopheles, Black Majesty, Synthetic Breed, and Intense Hammer Rage.

Infernal Outcry began playing together in late 2010 and features Bachelor of Music graduates David Lawson (guitar), Daniel Hill (guitar), and Liana Eriksen (vocals). Infernal Outcry’s rhythm section consists of current Bachelor of Music student Paul Sharp (bass), who also plays bass in progressive metal band Create the Crayon, and the versatility of Luke Wright (drums), who previously played with metal band Sinnister Valley.

Regarding her lyrics, Liana says, “one of the main themes I am interested in exploring is the emotional conflict arising from the awareness of our mortality, particularly in relation to the unsustainable and artificial nature of our global civilisation and its negative impacts on the natural world. The lyrics are an expression of the darker emotions that are experienced by humanity and attempt to provide the listener and creator with a form of catharsis by aiming to develop a deeper understanding of the world around us.”

Bombastic Dark Metal between Nordic Mysticism & Modern Fantasy

SARIOLA release new single “From The Dismal Sariola”

Since its founding in 2005 and the release of the debut “The Sphere of Thousand Sunsets” in 2006, the Extreme Dark Metal band SARIOLA from Duisburg has built a reputation in the national and international scene. They played their energetic live-shows across Europe and could share the stage with bands like Ensiferum, Megadeth, [:SITD:], Imperia, Hail of Bullets and Pro-Pain. The quintet is named after the mystical empire in the Finnish national epos Kalevalas which is surrounded by eternal darkness and cold. The dramatic narrative moment of heroic legends and myths can also be found in the musical DNA of the band, which combines the melodic gothic- with bombastic metal sound and thereby creates its own morbid Muses.

After the demo “Death Frozen Silence” (2009), the book-soundtrack “Facing Hybrid Worlds” (2011) for Y. Sukhova’s fantasy book series “The Twilight Hunter” and a re-recording of their debut album under the name “The Sphere Of Thousand Sunsets V2.0 “(2012), with the latest single release, there is a new musical exclamation mark in the starting blocks: “From The Dismal Sariola” will be released on 9/12/2014 on the German label 7HARD.

Singer Loreley von Rhein, who has already taken singing lessons with Nightwish singer Floor Jansen (ex-After Forever), shines between keyboard, monumental drums and dramatic guitar riffs. The double bass of the drums gallops with an almost apocalyptic clout through the musical theme in which operatic vocals break through. Alternating between combative aggression and mystical elegance the musical guise of Sariola unfolds itself and captures the listener. “From The Dismal Sariola” was recorded in three studios (two in Germany, one in UK). The single was mixed by Neil Haynes in “The Parlour Studios” (Kettering, England) and mastered by the famous producer, sound engineer and musician Russ Russell.

In the music video, which incidentally is the first of the band’s history, over 50 people were involved to create the perfect sound and an unique look of ice-age fantasy landscapes and futuristic underworld.

SARIOLA take you along into their world, in which Nordic warriors meet dark sirens – Extreme Dark Metal at its best!
